Grinding vs. Flowing
Grinding: is the required work we do for currency that is neccesary for the survival of our bodies(food, clothing, and shelter) and the supply of our physical habits(entertainment/leisure&addictions). Grinding is the result of the need to fuel self for self alone. Grinding is a constant battle with time.
Flowing(the flow): The flow cannot be fully expressed in writing, yet it can be(as it is intended) fully experienced.The Flow is not conducive to ego centered motives. Flowing however, is what happens when you choose to connect and manefest what is created(Divine spark of G-d) within you organically. Its where G-d and Man work together hand in hand as "One"beyond the realm of what we percieve as time. In Hebrew one of the words for worship actually means "to work". When we work(create, build, and manefests) in the presence(with awareness of) of G-d we're in the Flow(worshipping). Flowing is the conquering of time(as we percieve it). This is how you find 90 year old men in "so called third world countries" who work their trades with the focus, precision, and strength of twenty year olds.
Grinding without the Flow depletes the mind, body, and soul because of the great amount of exerted energy. The monotany of everyday work and routines without vision of purpose causes us to perish. The flow(gateway to eternity) replinishes, maintains, and increases every aspect of our well being.
Lately, I have been in the Flow(flowing) more than ever. Writing particularly, has been what I have been manefesting at an unconcious rate.In this flow it doesn't even bother me if people disagree, hate, or disregard what i'm manefesting because I feel that the G-d of the universe has imparted this within and I feel obligated(inspired) to reflect it back into the universal atmosphere of G-d&Man. If we(mankind) are made(created) in the image(with a portion) of G-d then the flow is portion of G-d within pouring itself out into the world. The flow is the Divine genius of the musician, healer, thinker, poet, architect, teacher, and prophet(which can never be duplicated). Flowing in and with G-d, i've become more stable more focused. Its crazy because in the Flow, time is no longer of any consequence. Lately, in every moment it feels like i'm in this sacred conference with the Most High outside of time. Its like Jordan in the zone and you dont miss, you don't even believe you can and the shot clock is of no relevance. Its like when you freestyle with lyrics unconciously and you pull together words out of your mouth that you couldn't have sat down and pulled together in a thousand years.
Flowing is the gateway to eternity(timelessness). Our perception of time is our(humanities) last great bondage. How do we access the Flow(eternity)? We're already there, we just have to remove the veils(in order to see the Creator). What are the viels? The veils are the attitudes that we attach to that keep(misguide) us limited to the state of grinding(survival which animals are limited to). Those attitudes consists of our adherence to thoughts/feelings of: fear, doubt, insecurity, anxiety, impatients, arogance. narrow mindedness, insensititvity, etc..etc. If/when you remove yourself from adhering to these unneccesary and misguided attitudes you'll find that you've always had and always have access to the Most High(source of bieng) which you meet(continually) in the Flow(creative work). Its(flowing) what we were originally intended to do.
Its wild because the more I Flow, the more I grind without it depleting my energy.I experience the power beyond the 5 senses where the mind of man and the essence of the Creator fuse. Lately its like i'm resting while i'm grinding(working) and working while i'm sleep(I barely even sleep anymore, its overrated). The flow creates(even bends) time and space when rest for the body is required. Like wise the Flow re-animates the power in the body when its time to build create. Right now its like I hear the "Creator" speaking to me and through me like im in a clear conversation with someone(i'm not schizophrenic). Life without Flow(build/work with G-d) is a life of mundane and tiring routines. Flowing is a life of endless possibilites and connections with other flowicist(creative builders).
Don't get me wrong, we all gotta grind. We all have to make a living for ourself. I have this habit called eating that I can't kick just yet. But, what is life if we're not manefesting the divine gift that lies waiting within. Don't grind and then try to flow. Be in(or practice doing so) the Flow state of mind and then grind through the power of eternity(timelessness).
The flow(operating/working through eternity) gives us "Dominion" over the shackles of time.
